How should I wash my MBTN item?

We use screen print transfers to create long-lasting pieces. Please carefully follow the following wash instructions to ensure the longevity of your garments:
 
Turn garment inside out.
Machine wash cold.
No bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry at low heat or hang dry.
DO NOT iron directly on design.
 

What is MBTN's return policy?

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns due to all of our items being made-to-order and handmade. This includes both wholesale and individual orders.

We ONLY accept exchanges for any incorrect item that is sent out by mistake.

How do returns/refunds work?

All custom items are final sale and non-returnable. All items are 100% unique and custom. Designs and coloring will vary from garment to garment. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of each product being different. Please contact us with any questions.
 

I didn't receive my order, what should I do?

Our average processing time is 1-2 weeks due to the nature of our products being custom-made. You'll receive a tracking number from USPS once your order is shipped. If you have not received your USPS Tracking Number, please contact us, and we will look into this for you immediately.

If you haven't received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local USPS. They will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery. If you believe that your package was lost in transit, please submit a "missing package" form through USPS.
 

I changed my mind about my order, can I cancel it?

You may cancel your order up to 24 HOURS after purchase. Our pieces are all handmade, which means that after this time period, we are unable to proceed with any cancellations, as the items are already in production. 

My pieces don't look exactly like the digital proof, what should I do?

Please note that real colors may slightly differ from on-screen photos due to a wide variety of display types and calibration issues. Our pieces are all printed by hand, and are one-of-a kind. This leads to each piece being unique in its own way. We cannot 100% ensure our prints are down to the exact location provided on a mockup.

When should I expect to receive my MBTN order?
 
All of our products are individually handmade with love, so please allow time of up to 2 weeks after purchase date for your products to ship. We use screen print transfers to create long lasting pieces. If you need an item ASAP, please dm us @madebytaylornicole and let us know.
